In August 2020, the Kawagoe Factory was certified as a Platinum Company by Saitama Prefecture for its efforts to create a comfortable work environment, including the introduction of remote working and flextime, and the ability for both men and women to balance work and childcare・nursing care.
Clean office space
The 4th floor office space is bright and open with ample space and houseplants. It is also equipped with meeting space and private booth for online meetings. In addition, there is space available for employees of the head office and other locations to work comfortably. The staff canteen offers a wide variety of menu items that change daily, making it a comfortable working environment. In addition to the "5Ss" (Seiri (to organize), Seiton (to keep things in order), Seisō (to clean), Seiketsu (cleanliness), and Shitsuke (discipline)), the Kawagoe Factory is committed to the unique "8Ss", which adds Safety, Setsuden (power saving), and Security.

From sunset to 10:00 p.m., the exterior of the building is lit so that people walking in front of the building can pass by safely. The Kawagoe Factory site is also environmentally friendly, with lawns, trees, and other green areas.
