Pachislot machine manufacturing process

A front unit is placed on the line, the LCD unit is mounted, and the harnesses are connected.
The front unit is mounted to the back side box.
The hopper and reel units are mounted.
A test PWB is mounted into an assembled pachislot machine.
An operation inspection is performed on the pachislot machine into which a test PWB has been mounted.
Operation checks are performed on the LEDs, LCD, and other parts.
The main PWB, which can be said to be the brain of a pachislot machine, is mounted.
(The main PWB is produced in-house to ensure quality and enhance security.)
In addition to visual inspections, rigorous inspections are performed using a newly installed image inspection instrument.
After going through the operation inspection, the main PWB is mounted into the pachislot machine.
A pachislot machine with the main PWB mounted undergoes finished product inspections by a skilled worker.
A NICHIDENKYO certificate and a NIKKOSO patent license are attached to the product.
The final visual inspection before shipment is performed.
QR codes are scanned, and links to the certificate number are registered to enable management.
The product is packaged by an automatic packaging machine, and is then shipped.
